Join us for Healthy Kids Day!

Healthy Kids Day is Saturday, April 25!  As part of this nationwide initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids, the Baxter YMCA is opening up its doors to the community and inviting families to come into the Y and spend the day being active.  In addition to our everyday options to get active including swimming, basketball, racquetball, and exercising in the wellness center, we are also offering family fitness group exercise classes throughout the day.  You will have the opportunity to try Boot Camp, Yoga, Zumba, and more as a family.  There is no age limit required.  On this day, it’s all about the kids!

Zumba Family Night

Hey Parents!  Grab the kids for Zumba Family Fitness Night on April 20 at 6:10 PM.  Have fun and shimmy and shake together as a family!  All ages are welcome, and it’s FREE for members.

Do you have knee pain?

Thursday, April 23 from 4-5:30 PM
A physical therapist from Accelerated Rehab will be here to answer your questions on knee pain!  If knee pain is keeping you down, get evaluated by a physical therapist who may be able to help you address the source of the problem and provide options for relief.  Sign up for this FREE assessment in the Wellness Center between April 9 and April 23.
