COST: $ 75 per Individual
$300 per Foursome
Register by Friday, August 31st
Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, and goodie bag. Complimentary drinks and snacks are also available on the course.
You may register as a foursome or sign up as an individual and we will place you on a team, if space is available! If registering as a foursome, all entries/fees must be received at the same time.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
The sponsor will have a professional sign and special mention in our schedule of events. They will also be recognized as a Y For All Campaign donor. These sponsorship levels are available:

(Ages 11-16) This club gives teens the opportunity to impact their community through service projects, conducting fund-raisers and volunteering in YMCA special events and programs. The club occasionally meets at an off site facility. Payment is made by the school year and covers the months of September-May meeting every Wednesday. FM $30 PM $60
