    Looking to stabilize and strengthen your core?  We have the PERFECT exercise for you… TRX Suspension Training!  In this small group training class, the instructor can focus more on the needs of each individual and give you a personalized workout to help you reach your goals.  Training is on Tuesdays 6-6:45 PM and begins Tuesday, July 17th.  Register at the front desk today!
