This Class is designed to incorporate strength and conditioning, weight-lifting, sprinting while improving your cardio. The class wil use various pieces of equipment including: jump ropes, medicine balls, kettle-bells, any odd object to create a work out. You will enhance your cardio vascular endurance, speed, balance, agility and coordination. FM:$39 PM: $54 (7 weeks)
