    This class is designed to incorporate

    strength and conditioning, weightlifting,

    sprinting while improving your

    cardio. The class will use various

    pieces of equipment including: jump

    ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, any

    odd object to create a workout. You

    will enhance your cardio vascular

    endurance, speed, balance, agility,

    and coordination.
