Stay Motivated and Stay Strong! Each SGT participant will participate in a monthly personal challenge with all fitness monthly evaluation components included in the program for FREE! Use your challenge results to compete against yourself or others. As a complement to your current personal training program or as a standalone program, SGT will help you reach your fitness goals! Project 18 at the Y
The Y and Peyton Manning’s Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent share the vision of reducing the incidence of childhood obesity. Project 18 is an 18-week comprehensive dietary, exercise and behavioral modification program for children and families. Learn more about the program here.
Exercising is proven to help control diabetes. Our Personal Trainers and educators from St. Vincent’s Diabetes Center will create a specific workout to fit your needs. Our Personal Trainers will monitor your progress and make sure you are doing all the right exercises to control your diabetes. You will also meet and work with other people who are managing their diabetes.
