Center Features

Just south of downtown Indianapolis, the Irsay Family YMCA at CityWay is an expansive hub for the whole community. Its state-of-the-art wellness center features dozens of strength and cardio machines, plus free weights, multipurpose space, and an indoor running track with breathtaking views of the city skyline.

Sample from our full schedule of group exercise classes in three aerobics and yoga studios or our cycling studio. Join a pickup game on one of three full-sized courts in the airy gymnasium. Explore our sport leagues for all ages. Or enjoy the indoor aquatics center, featuring a recreational pool, a 25-yard lap pool, a sauna and a warm water whirlpool for recovery.

The center also features a Play & Learn Center for childcare, an interdenominational chapel, a teaching kitchen, a community and education room, a terrace with green roof technology, and Indiana’s largest living plant wall. Members enjoy free parking and free injury checks from the in-house Franciscan Health office.
