Draft Form: The Credit Card Draft is offered for monthly or weekly payers. Payments are withdrawn from the credit card on the 1^st of the month for monthly payers or on the Sunday beginning the week the child is attending for weekly payers.

The Automatic Bank Draft is offered for monthly payers only. Payments are withdrawn from a checking or savings account on the 1^st of each month.  Please include a void check with the completed Draft Form.
