Day Camp Immunization Records
Camp spots are still available for YMCA Summer Day Camp! Register today. Please remember to bring your child’s immunization records when you register. To obtain your child’s immunization records, please contact your doctor, your child’s school nurse, or MyVaxIndiana (a free online service provided by the state of Indiana) – https://myvaxindiana.in.gov/. Early Bird Registration for 2013-2014 Before and After School
Visit any YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Center to register for the Before and After School Enrichment Program during May 13-17 and receive $25 in “Y Bucks” (one per household) for the program of your choice.
The coupon must be presented to receive credit; copies of the coupon will not be accepted. Restrictions: One “Y Buck” coupon per household; used in one transaction; not redeemable for cash; not to be used for any program registration fee (including BAS or Summer Camp).
