SWIM LESSONS PROGRAMMING

Swim Lessons is a vital skill for you or your child, especially with summer quickly approaching! The YMCA swim lesson program is a progressive program with multiple components. We cover personal safety, personal growth, stroke development, water sports and games, and rescue skills to give your child a holistic education of aquatic safety for all facilities and events. Throughout the Y swim school program, we will teach your child five different strokes: front crawl, backstroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke, and sidestroke. You child will learn through progressive steps, while maintaining our no forcible submersion policy.

YOUTH DANCE/GYMNASTICS PROGRAMMING

Kids will most certainly walk away happy and confident after taking one of our gymnastics or dance classes. They will build self-confidence, coordination, discipline and positive self-esteem.
