Tri-15 Annual Campaign Fundraiser

Support Mandy and Mary in raising $5,000 for the 2015 Jordan YMCA Annual Campaign! With your donation, the duo will be pushed through a
15-hour Triathlon over 3 days to help send 110 kids to swim lessons.

NEW TEEN STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS

Class Starting April 16!

We have a NEW Teen Strength Training Class for ages 14-18 years. A certified personal trainer will instruct and supervise the class to ensure teens are using proper form and technique.

Day: Thursdays
Time: 4 – 4:55 p.m.
Location: Wellness Center

KIDS NIGHT OUT

(Ages 6wks-12yrs) Leave your kids at the Y so they can have a fun-filled evening while you have a night out for yourself! Activities include dinner, crafts, fun games, a movie, swimming (ages 3 years and up) and much more! If your children will be swimming, please bring them in their bathing suits by 5:15pm. MULTIFIT

Join our fun multi-sport program that offers swim, bike, run and strength practices throughout the week led by a coach. This is a great program for someone who is interested in participating in any kind of race (marathons, half marathons, triathlons, swim meets, 5Ks, etc.) or who wants to be a part of a fun group while reaching their fitness goals.

Family Yoga (Ages 5+)
Family Yoga classes are an opportunity to throw away the to-do list and simply enjoy each other and moving in our bodies. Activities include age appropriate poses between parent and child, and

PRESCHOOL OPEN ENROLLMENT

Starts Monday, February 23

We offer a dynamic program for ages 2 – 5 years where preschoolers will be instilled with the YMCA’s philosophy of developing spirit, mind and body. Early literacy, math, and problem solving skills are taught daily, along with a focus on gross and fine motor skills that are centered around the Y’s Way to The Creative Curriculum.

MIND AND BODY CLASSES

Tai Chi
Come explore the ancient practices of Tai Chi. Clinical studies have shown it to be an effective tool in improving health, fitness and relaxation at any age or stage of life. Experience an improvement of balance, flexibility, and muscle strength, lowering of blood pressure, relieving and managing chronic pain, increasing energy, endurance and agility. Most of all, Tai Chi is fun!
