KIDS DAY OUT

Do you have last minute holiday shopping to do? Or maybe you just need a day to yourself! Take advantage of Kids Day out on Tuesday, December 23 from 8am-2pm. Activities include crafts, games, swimming and much more!

NEW GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

We are adding new classes to our Winter Schedule starting January 5. Register at the Member Service Desk!

TRX INTERVAL
Mondays from 10:45-11:30am in MPRII
Put a new spin on your workouts in 2015 with TRX Interval! This class is designed to build power, balance, strength, and flexibility for people of all ages and at all fitness levels. A mixture of strength and cardio, TRX Interval will torch calories in a small group format where you will make fast friends and new workout buddies! Spots are limited, register at the Member Service Desk today!

WOMEN AND WEIGHTS II
Wednesdays & Fridays from 10-11am in the Wellness Center
For those who have completed WOW I or have free weight experience.  In this class you will use the fundamental skills learned in WOW I to advance your weight lifting knowledge and learn to create your own strength training programs, with progression. You will be exposed to a greater variety of more advanced exercises and will put them to practice in the weight room.  Come prepared to get sweaty and torch calories in this group class created just for women.  Space is limited, register today at the Member Service Desk!

STRENGTH 101
Mondays from 7-8pm  in the Wellness Center
Fear the weight room, no more!!  This co-ed class is designed to teach novice exercisers how to navigate the weight room and how to build an effective weight training program.  Walk away with a leaner, stronger body and the confidence to use the free weight area on your own!  Register today at the Member Service Desk, space is limited.   




GROUP EXERCISE CLASS CHANGE

On Tuesday, December 23, Tabatta Boot Camp Cycle at 9:30 a.m. will be a Group Cycling class instead.

CHILD WATCH HOLIDAY HOURS
When center is open until 3pm, Child Watch hours will be 8am-1pm
When center is open until 6pm, Child Watch hours will be 8am-2pm

ALL-CITY TRAVEL BASKETBALL LEAGUE

(For ages 6-18) Are you ready to play? Register now for our travel basketball league! Participants will practice at their home center and play games on Saturdays at other YMCA locations throughout Indianapolis.

Preseason Conditioning Practices:
